Dave has over a decade of experience leading marketing and product planning in the social gaming, consumer electronics, and semiconductor markets. His prior positions include VP of Marketing at Booyah, Senior Director of Marketing at SiRF and Centrality Communications, and engineering positions at Cisco Systems and the U.C. Berkeley Wireless Research Center. Dave graduated from Stanford University with a dual M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Management Science and Engineering, and he received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
Mark has been at the center of the Silicon Valley business and technology world for years working for companies like Dell, Cypress Semiconductor, Cisco Systems, and Sun Microsystems.
Mark was directly responsible for shipping five systems for the communications and computation markets that contributed over $1 billion in revenue. As a member of the Cypress Executive team, Mark led technology development across lines of business and two Cypress acquisitions in the image sensor space.
At Cisco, he pioneered the development and use of ternary content-addressable memories (TCAMs) in communications systems, and developed the world’s first Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) network interface controller (NIC) and multichannel GbE switch.
Mark holds both a B.S. and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Dr. Chwang is the Chairman and President of iD Ventures America, and is also a General Partner of iD SoftCapital.
Since 1998, iD Ventures America has managed a total of $250 million of venture capital investments in innovating technology start-up companies based in Silicon Valley, and the greater Boston area. Among the notable successes are iRobot (creator of consumer robots, Roomba, and military robot, Packbot); Harmonix Music (creator of music games: Guitar Hero and Rock Band), Artx (silicon chips for Nintendo GameCube), as well as companies such as Allayers (acquired by Broadcom), Monolithic Power System (NASDAQ IPO), Centrality Communications (acquired by SiRF), Airmagnet (acquired by Fluke Electronics), and others.
Dr. Chwang is currently serving as an active board member of a number of IDVA’s portfolio companies such as Zeo Inc., CHiL Semiconductor Corp., CoAdna Photonics Inc., Sensable Technologies Inc., Silicon Frontline Technology Inc., and Luxnet Corp. He also serves on the board of iRobot Corporation in Bedford, MA and AU Optronics Corporation in, Hisinchu, Taiwan.
Dr. Chwang holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Canada .and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Cyriac Roeding is the co-founder and CEO of shopkick, Inc., a company focused on the intersection of mobile and retail. Shopkick rewards consumers simply for walking into stores. Shopkick is the first 100% performance-based marketing platform in the physical retail world, driving measurable foot traffic to stores, and customer engagement on a 1-to-1 basis.
Cyriac started the company from being an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. At KPCB, he focused on next-generation cross-platform mobile and online venture concepts.Prior to CBS, Cyriac was the Co-Founder of 12snap. Before that, he was at McKinsey & Company in the media, software and high-tech sector.
Cyriac co-authored the HBS Press book Secrets of Software Success, published in local languages in North America, Asia and Europe. Cyriac received the first Lion Awards for creative mobile concepts at the Cannes Lions Festival in France (2003, 2004), and the only Emmy nominations for Mobile in 2007 and 2008. He served as Global Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association (www.mmaglobal.com), with 600 member companies globally.

Brian has 11 years of professional experience in the gaming industry, including 6 years at Blizzard Entertainment where, in his roles as Art Lead for World of Warcraft and Art Director for Diablo III, he helped establish the visual style and future art direction of both franchises. He’s helped ship over 15 million units worldwide including blockbuster titles such as Legacy of Kain, Soul Reaver 2, Spider-Man The Movie, World of Warcraft, and the follow-up expansion World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade.
