Striiv Try and Buy Program- Terms & Conditions
Your purchase of goods and services from the Striiv Store (the “Store”) under the Try and Buy Program (the “Program”) constitutes your agreement to the Terms & Conditions of the Store and the Program. You agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will apply to any dispute that might arise between you and Striiv. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, so please review them each time you elect to participate in the Program.

Program Participation/Pre-authorization:
By signing up to participate in the Program, you are ordering and agreeing to receive a Striiv unit (a “Try and Buy Unit”) on a trial basis. Upon signing up and acceptance by Striiv into the Program, you hereby authorize us to pre-authorize your credit card for the full retail price of the Try and Buy Unit.
Quantities of Try and Buy Units available under the Program are limited, and the Program is time limited. Signing up to participate in the Program does not guarantee a Try and Buy Unit. There is a limit of one (1) Try and Buy Unit per account purchasable under the Program.
Striiv reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order under the Program for any reason at any time, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We may attempt to contact you if all or a portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is needed to complete and accept your order.
Returns:
You will have twenty-eight (28) days from the date of order to use the unit at no risk and charge during this time (the “Trial Period”). In the event that you choose not to keep the Try and Buy Unit, you must return the Unit to Striiv using the pre-paid return label included with the Try and Buy Unit.
Try and Buy Units must be returned in as-new condition with all of the included accessories and original packaging. In the event that a Try and Buy Unit is returned within the Trial Period but is not returned with all of the included accessories and packaging, we will charge your credit card for the full retail value of the missing accessories and/or packaging.
Returns of a Try and Buy Unit under the Program must be received by Striiv within the Trial Period. In the event that your Try and Buy Unit is returned but not received within the Trial Period, we reserve the right to refuse to process the return under the Program. In the event we so refuse, we will charge your credit card for the full retail price of the Try and Buy Unit and refuse/return shipment back to your address on record.
If you decide to keep your Try and Buy Unit, you need do nothing. After the expiration of the Trial Period, we will charge your credit card for the full retail price of the Try and Buy Unit. Your Try and Buy Unit will be covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty from the day you received the Try and Buy Unit.
For clarification, this right of return during the Trial Period for any Try and Buy Unit purchased under this Program is in lieu of any other standard right of return otherwise offered in the Store.
Payment Methods, Personally Sensitive Information:
Striiv uses a third party payment provider (Stripe), which stores all sensitive credit card information and handles all payment processing. Stripe accepts all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diner Club cards.
Striiv only stores your order information (excluding credit card information) to handle Customer Care requests, order tracking and order returns. Your order information will not be shared with any other third party.
Sales Tax:
Depending on the order, Striiv calculates and charges sales tax. Any sales tax charged will be indicated during the checkout process. For more information about sales tax, you can contact us toll free at 855-WE-STRIIV.
Resale and Risk of Loss:
Purchases made on the Store are intended for end users only, and are not authorized for resale. Title and risk of loss for all products purchased from the Store pass to the purchaser at the time of delivery by Striiv to the freight carrier.
Shipping:
We offer one method of shipment: Ground. At present, we ship to locations within the United States only.
Refused deliveries:
Refused deliveries will be returned to our warehouse. It may take up to 30 days for the returned items to be identified as refused, and processed for a refund.
Other offers and discounts:
Except as otherwise stated herein, all other offers, coupons, promotions and discounts shall not apply to Try and Buy Units purchased under the Program.
Miscellaneous Store Terms & Conditions:
The Store, and all content available on the Store, is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All goods and services purchased through the Store are provided on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise noted in the packaging included with the goods and services.
You acknowledge, by your use of this Store, that your use of this Store is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with your use of this Store, and that neither Striiv nor any of its partners shall be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this Store.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Striiv brand features are and will remain the exclusive property of Striiv and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms & Conditions gives you a right to use Striiv’s name or any of the Striiv’s trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Striiv is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
