  • Account management:
    • Provide clients with world-class account support.
    • Manage expectations on technical deliverables, issues, and resolutions.
    • Build trust and respect by adding consistently adding value, effectively executing against
    • Provide the Business and client with accurate information regarding expectations of scope, schedule, risk, and resources
    • time and quality sensitive requests, and setting accurate expectations.
  • Facilitate design wins with Tier-1 healthcare accounts
    • Support leadership with formulating demos, presentations, and meetings to close new accounts
    • Work cross functionally within the organization to realize demos and presentation material.
  • Sales:
    • Create new revenue generating opportunities in existing accounts.
    • Track quarterly sales targets and manage action items to hit stated goals.
    • Lead implementation of sales tools for tracking, managing, and fulfilling customer requests and orders.
    • Identify new opportunities to grow healthcare business
    • Work with management to sign (MSSA and SOWs) new customers.
  • Operations and Fulfillment:
    • Work with operations team to ensure delivery of purchase orders
    • Collaborate with finance to collect on accounts receivables.


  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional intellectual horsepower and curiosity
  • 2-5 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple accounts, track outstanding items, respond to urgent requests and stay organized
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to figure out how things should work, and to identify patterns and trends
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, Google docs
  • Experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Understanding of forecasting, measuring ROI and profitability
  • Understands the value of ROI/Metrics/Analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering highly preferred.
