Provide clients with world-class account support.
Manage expectations on technical deliverables, issues, and resolutions.
Build trust and respect by adding consistently adding value, effectively executing against
Provide the Business and client with accurate information regarding expectations of scope, schedule, risk, and resources
time and quality sensitive requests, and setting accurate expectations.
Facilitate design wins with Tier-1 healthcare accounts
Support leadership with formulating demos, presentations, and meetings to close new accounts
Work cross functionally within the organization to realize demos and presentation material.
Create new revenue generating opportunities in existing accounts.
Track quarterly sales targets and manage action items to hit stated goals.
Lead implementation of sales tools for tracking, managing, and fulfilling customer requests and orders.
Identify new opportunities to grow healthcare business
Work with management to sign (MSSA and SOWs) new customers.
Operations and Fulfillment:
Work with operations team to ensure delivery of purchase orders
Collaborate with finance to collect on accounts receivables.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Demonstrate exceptional intellectual horsepower and curiosity
2-5 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience
Ability to multitask, manage multiple accounts, track outstanding items, respond to urgent requests and stay organized
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to figure out how things should work, and to identify patterns and trends
Excellent relationship building skills
A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, Google docs
Experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles
Understanding of forecasting, measuring ROI and profitability
Understands the value of ROI/Metrics/Analytics
Familiarity with CRM and ERP tools
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering highly preferred.
